2 oz blueberries or raspberries
1 C juice (white grape juice is recommended)
10 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in blender and blend for thirty to forty seconds. Pour the delightful concoction into your favorite drinking glass and enjoy.
This smoothie can be made with fresh or frozen berries, depending on what consistency you prefer (use fresh berries for a more watery consistency or frozen berries for a thicker texture). You can substitute other seasonal fruits as they come into season. The banana and the apple give
this smoothie body, making it thick and hearty. It’s best if eaten immediately, but it will keep in the refrigerator overnight.
